Contact
Write to contact@coecost.com. There is no form and no phone line: one address, read by the people who maintain the data and the calculators.
Messages that help
- A premium, quota or PQP that differs from LTA’s figure: give the exercise and the category.
- A result that looks wrong: give the page and the values you typed, or paste the share link of the calculator.
- A rule that has changed (Budget announcement, new VES bands, new COE categories) with the official link.
What we cannot do
We cannot look up a vehicle, bid for you, renew a COE or transfer a rebate. Those are done on LTA’s OneMotoring services with Singpass. We do not pass your message to a dealer, a bank or an insurer.
